Leadership has been a central part of my professional journey for more than 25 years.
Throughout my career in sales and business leadership, I have had the opportunity to lead teams, develop professionals, navigate organizational change, and work across cultures and industries.
Those experiences taught me that leadership is not simply about achieving results. It is about developing people, building trust, making intentional decisions, and creating an impact that extends beyond ourselves.
